Home sales in Concordia at Lone Mountain West, a neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas, NV were level in the 4th quarter of 2007. Three homes closed, matching results from the 3rd quarter. This brought the total for the year to 11 homes sold, down 21% from 2006 when 14 homes were sold.
The current resale inventory of 16 homes (plus 2 with accepted offers) indicates a strong buyer's market. Homes in Concordia at Lone Mountain West have convenient access to the I-215 Beltway and are close to the recreational opportunities of Red Rock and Mount Charleston.
