Homes in Henderson Nevada saw average selling prices fall 3.74% in June. The median selling price stayed even at $185,000. For the first half of 2010, the average selling price for Henderson Nevada homes is up 0.16%, while the median selling price has risen 3.79%. The total number of Henderson homes sold is up 10.3% year-over-year.

Home sales in Henderson NV retreated from June to July. Year-over-year sales were down 15.1% with 516 Henderson homes sold in July, compared to 608 in the same month for 2009. The mix of available Henderson homes for sale is 43.3% short sales, 38.1% regular sales and 18.6% bank owned.

 
The median selling price for single-family homes in Henderson is down 9.9% from July 2009 to July 2010. At $175,750 it is the lowest price of 2010.

Home sales in Henderson NV rose nicely from May to June. Year-over-year sales were just about even with 487 Henderson homes sold in June, compared to 499 in the same month for 2009. The mix of available Henderson homes for sale is 41.3% regular sales, 40.4% short sales and 18.3% bank owned.

 
The median selling price for single-family homes in Henderson is down 7.5% from June 2009 to June 2010. At $185,000 it is still very close to the lower limit of about $190,000 over the last six months, and equates to about $95 per square foot.

Home sales in Henderson NV continued to improve in April. Year-over-year sales were up 5.9% with 433 Henderson homes sold in April, compared to 409 in the same month for 2009. This occurred in a period of declining inventory, indicating very strong buyer and investor interest.

 
The median selling price for single-family homes in Henderson is down 8.3% from April 2009 to April 2010. At $188,000 it is still very close to the lower limit of about $190,000 over the last six months. This may indicate that our prices have finally stabilized and we can start moving to a normal market.

Home sales in Henderson NV have rallied impressively so far in 2010. Year-over-year sales were up 32.1% with 440 Henderson homes sold in February, compared to 333 in the same month for 2009. For the first quarter, sales activity is up 30.6% versus 2009. If we can contine this pace, there is a good chance that Henderson home sales will approach 3,500 for the first six months of 2010.

Home sales in Henderson NV continue to improve in 2010. Year-over-year sales were up 25.3% with 411 Henderson homes sold in February, compared to 328 in the same month for 2009. If we can match the sales growth of 2009, that would approach 3,500 home sales in the first six months of 2010.

 
The median selling price for single-family homes in Henderson is down 15.6% from February 2009 to February 2010. After it looked like the market had established a bottom near $200,000 from April through November, the January 2010 median price dipped to $176,500. In February we saw it rebound to $190,000.
