Home sales in Highland Hills, a community in North Las Vegas, NV gained a little momentum in the 4th quarter of 2007. Six homes were sold, up from four in the 3rd quarter. Year-to-year results were down 40%, with 31 homes sold in 2007, compared to 52 homes in 2006.
Existing resale inventory is 24 homes (plus 2 with accepted offers) which represents a strong buyer's market iwith a one-year supply. Homes in Highland Hills offer good value per square foot relative to the Las Vegas valley.

Existing resale inventory stayed high at 31 homes (plus 3 with accepted offers) which translates to a nearly two-year supply at the current pace. In order to get showings and offers, it is vitally important for sellers to price aggressively and give their home maximum marketing exposure. Homes in Highland Hills offer good value per square foot relative to the Las Vegas valley.
