Existing resale inventory reduced from 45 homes to 35, (plus 4 with accepted offers), indicating some sellers may have decided to wait until the market improves. Buyers have a distinct advantage right now with a one-year supply of inventory to choose from. Homes in Rancho Alta Mira generally have larger lots (6-10,000 sq ft) and more mature landscaping than newer homes.
