Seven homes closed, compared to only two in the 3rd quarter. This brought the total for 2007 to 19 homes sold, down 17% from 23 sales in 2006.
The current resale inventory is 18 homes, plus 2 with accepted offers. While this still slightly favors buyers, this neighborhood is moving toward a balanced market. Homes in Silverado Trails are convenient to the south Las Vegas Strip, Anthem, Green Valley Ranch and the I-215 Beltway.
