The rally pushed the yearly total to 62 homes sold, an increase of 17% over the 53 homes sold in 2006. Home sales activity in Sun City Aliante, a community in North Las Vegas, NV continued a precipitous decline in the third quarter of 2007. Just seven homes closed in the 3rd quarter, half of the 14 units from the 2nd and only a quarter of the 28 homes in the 1st quarter. On a positive note, 49 homes have sold so far in 2007, compared to 41 for the first nine months of 2006. Existing resale inventory fell slightly from 50 homes (plus 4 with accepted offers) to 47 homes (plus 7 with accepted offers).
