Amazing what a week brings.  Today is warm, sunny and I saw little green shoots sticking out of the ground this morning.  So Spring is a coming!

The market volatily has proved benificial for mortgage rates and I have been busy reviewing past loan clients for possible rate reductions.  It is nice when I can save someone some money. 

Just barely had a chance to notice St Paddy's day and now Easter is right around the corner.  I had better make reservations and plan to take mother in law out to brunch!  No I am not cooking!
