According to the Arrowhead Lake Association, in actuality, there are very few TRUE "Lake Front" properties on Lake Arrowhead. In fact the Arrowhead Lake Association owns the shoreline. This common Lake Arrowhead Real Estate misconception is the cause of un-permitted work and destruction of vegetation on Association property and penalties for such actions can be considerable.
