I am teaching a 3 day staging class this week and need a house for the final project.  It must be furnished as we use what is their only.  We will amaze you with what we are able to do with client's existing stuff.  Class is in Dublin, CA and the final project is done on Tuesday, August 11th.  Please call if you have a project or think you know someone who does - what did you see this week on tour?  Any house that needed some help?  this is a great opportunity you can give as a gift to you client.  … (1 comments)

Realtors - Know anyone who would make a great real estate stager? - 08/06/09 09:27 AM

Have you worked with a client whose home looked like a professional stager had already been hired? Do you work with an agent that has more passion for assisting the client with the preparation to sell then they do for actually closing the sale? Do you have an assistant who could be trained to handle this aspect of working with clients, who you would like have trained professionally?
If your answer to any of these questions is "yes", then do them a favor and let them know about the upcoming Certified Staging Professional courses being offered in March.
