• Here I go again! I just attended a fabulous real estate conference on the Big Island of Hawaii. I have been a CRS for many years, and very much enjoy the networking and camraderie of top agents with comon objectives.
• International real estate was a large topic with a CIPS instructor to update us on changing Lwas regarding foreigners buying and selling US real estate. The patriot act has changed a lot of procedures.
• There was a great update from HAR, the Hawaii Association of Realtors regarding the changing market, and the new forms we have to portect us as Realtors in a distressed Property situation.
• OK, I had fun too, my colleague and I swam with the dolphins, kissed them, and had photo opportunities galore. Did not purchase the movie. Photos were fun.
• 300 realtors attended the conference which was so well organized.
