Here in Pawleys Island, it is not too often that one would need a hat, gloves and a warm winter coat but with record breaking cold temperatures this program is definitely needed more than ever!
Philip Brady, a Realtor at Pawleys Seaside Realty and  owner of Island Cleanersin the Tuesday Morning Plaza began a coat drive earlier this month and already has had many donations which were recently given to the Salvation Army. Blankets, gloves and hats have also been donated.

I was all ready, comps, CMA, LISTING AGREEMENT AND ALL and I had already sold myclients another home already. I sent the listing agreement to my clients, I was told we needed to get this done asap.I was really looking forward to showing this beautiful home!
Only hours later, the seller called and told me that he had two Church friends who wereinterested in buying his townhouse! The home is better than new. Shows likea well decorated model home.  It is always the best that goes first.

Murrells Inlet Holiday Parade - 12/10/10 05:55 PM
The Inlet parade was so much fun last weekend.  My whole family went and we sat on the side of the road.  My Daughter and my niece had so much fun collecting all the generously thrown candy.  That was their favorite part besides the "battoners" as my daughter calls them.  She practices at home to be just like them.  It was so nice to have so many people wishing you a great holiday.  Some people came right up to the girls and handed them candy.  They took the time to make our children smile.  Many thanks to all that particpated in … (0 comments)

Good Points. I wish I had listed my home over the holidays when I sold some years back. I wanted to move in the spring and did not realize how long it would take to sell.
I ended up being in a rush and not getting the money I wanted since I took the first offer that came my way. I caved.  This was many years ago. (Yet, Looking back now I guess it was a great price since it was in the sellers market).
