but did you know how important it is to have your own Buyer representation?  

Requesting the services of a professional Buyers Agent is similar to using an accountant to help you with your taxes, a doctor to help you with your health care, or a mechanic to help you with your car.  If you had the time to devote to learning everything about these professions, you would not need a service professional.  But that is unrealistic. What kind of buyers will you attract to your  property?    
A property owner  does not have the same exposure for the property as a Realtor ®.  
For  example if you advertized a great antique piece of furniture in a garage sale.. Do you think you would get top dollar?  How can you know what the true market value is without opening the product to the whole specialized market?  Doesn’t it make sense that buyers know they can walk into any Real Estate office and have a Realtor pull  ALL  of the active listings in a specific … (3 comments)
