I hope you had a wonderful week.  We made it to Friday.  It’s almost Sunday and whether you are working this weekend, traveling or relaxing at home, please think safety.   
I was at Port Hueneme this week at the California Air National Guard Base performing annual training. I am a Realtor®, and a Reservist also.  I proudly wear an Air Force uniform and with over 29 years of service, I’m still going strong.  I enjoy the camaraderie and the fact that I am serving my country is a wonderful and honorable experience.

Beware of Natural Predators - 07/16/11 11:34 AM
A few weeks ago, I showed a single family home in Sherman Oaks, California.  After locking up, my clients and I parted.  As I was driving down the hill, I saw a coyote run across the street, ducked into the bushes out of sight.  It was only 11:00am.
Yesterday as I was driving up the hill to a gated townhouse complex in Woodland Hills, California, I saw a lone coyote standing on the wall ledge.  As I neared, the animal stopped, looked in my direction, turned abruptly and ran into the bushes.  This sighting took place at 3:00pm.  I drove through … (9 comments)

One early Saturday morning I was sipping my coffee and reading the local newspaper online.  I was enjoying a quiet moment, when my cell phone rang.  Although I did not recognize the area code, I answered anyway.  It was a woman wanting to view a property on a street that was unfamiliar to me. Good morning world!
Just recently the United States celebrated Independence Day.  Throughout the United States, there were many celebrations.  In Los Angeles, the beaches were packed with regulars and out-of-town guest.  The freeways were packed with motorist traveling to their favorite vacation destinations.  I enjoy staying close to my neighborhood.  During the late evening hours, I saw spectacular fireworks with family and friends.  July 4th is the official start for summer.
