Bank of America just rolled out a new short sale incentive program to real estate agents in Florida. I received this email earlier in the week and already have clients accepted into the program and so far its looks to be for real. Bottom line is if you have a loan with Bank of America and have been considering the short sale option or are already behind on your mortgage payments then you need to apply for this program. Call me for further details on how to apply.
