preforeclosure: Mortgage Crisis Relief Announcement - 12/06/07 10:38 PM
I thought all day about the announcement today from the President about the relief for the Mortgage Crisis. Then I started looking for the loyal bloggers; those folks who I can always count on for mental hopscotch and great opposing sides. Sadly, no-weigh ins...can't find them except in the newspapers and the AOL world. I can say that I was a little surprised.

Hi Everyone! I hope everyone had a great week.
I have been working with a huge number of banks and lenders this week. Some of the news I got was not so great for the families that I was working with. The lucky thing is that the lenders do not want to foreclose or start foreclosure proceedings. (especially with the current market) I've been told that the forclosure process costs the lenders 25% of the amount of the loan!

Short sales are the latest oxy-moron! There is nothing short about them. As Real Estate professionals it is important that we stay informed on how to help our clients succeed in this difficult time.
