Thank you Tammy for such a wonderful post. I believe that you had covered it all. I do find that homes below $500,000 are moving quickly if priced right. This is the perfect time to buy or invest in real estate. Good luck to you!

For all those folks out there wondering how the market is today???
I want to say. For me it is crazy busy.
In this past week , I have pulled together five different transactions.....
Granted we are still in attorney review but  I feel confident all will go throught.
The key factor here is  that I am nine months pregnant and am still running around working.
So when someone wants to know how the market is doing I say Fantastic..................
 
This is a great time to buy, sell or invest!
