Are mortgage brokers in such a horrible state that they are willing to give a good faith that states the closing costs are going to be $4200 and 2 days prior to closing they SOAR to $7000!!!!

I mean really, do they think they are the client is that incompetent? We, the other agent & I, have been begging for a HUD since last week. The closing has been set for a month!! Now, we were supposed to close Friday, we are not scheduled and the mortgage guy will not produce any figures other than a total.  

I feel sorry for the buyers and my client is the seller!! The young couple that is buying the property has now been through 2 SENIOR loan officers and they were both clueless!!! I have a lender that I can not say enough good about and he is now going to take care of it and we should close next week!!
