After attending all types of seminars, taking classes galore and so on and so on, I came across this article from Agent Inner Circle and thought it was worth a try and wanted to pass along the info.
I guess half the battle when you send emails is to actually get the prospects to open it and for it to not get filtered out ETC ETC. The Agent Inner Circle suggested to instead of putting your personal information/name in the subject line, to try entering in your brokerage instead, like Keller Williams verses from Jody Sayler team. In todays world people are snoopy and love to know information about their friends, neighbors, family and anything else they might think interesting and informative. People and consumers seem to find themselves on the internet getting this information. Not all sites are accurate, but it's more information they had before they started the search. Consumers all seem to find zillow.com, which now is ranked #2 for the place consumers would search for home values. Zillow.com has never been accurate or even close on the values in my area.
