first time homebuyer: $8,000 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit Coming Close to the End - 01/26/10 07:13 PM

This is just a reminder that the $8,000 tax credit, awarded to first time home buyers, expires soon on April 30, 2010. This means that the signed purchase agreement for your California real estate needs to be dated no later than April 30, and the escrow needs to close by June 30.
