I'd like to hear from local Alaskan Agents and Brokers about the state of the market.

The thing is, I'm getting mixed signals from my clients and experts: 1/2 say we're up (or steady), 1/2 say we're down.

Reality is whatever you are dealing with in YOUR business - that's what counts. The benefit to having the Eagle's view however, is that often it can lead to identifying opportunities that otherwise would have gone undiscovered.

So, sound off here and let me know what your results are showing!
