Why I Love Costco! When Lifetime MEANS Lifetime! - 05/12/07 02:45 PM
Isn't it nice when a company (or agent) does something that makes you so happy, you want to tell everyone?
 I had an experience like this with Costco this week. I travel a lot, speaking and training far and wide, and had bought a carry on in June of 2005 from Costco that has held up well......Until last week, when I was unable to pull up the handle when I arrived home in Tucson. Well, the suitcase had just cost $97 and I had used it a lot, so I figured I probably was going to just have to buy a new one. … (2 comments)
