As the weather starts to turn cool (Yes, even here in Arizona), I am reminded that it is time to assess this year so far and to decide what I still need to do to make this the best year ever. Then my focus turns to the coming year and the to strategies to make it awesome . November is really the perfect time to plan next year since you'll have time to prepare to begin the new year with momentum.

  Is the first thing that comes to your mind, "One bite at a time"? Probably you have heard, that is the way to do it. I so agree!!!  With technology, I have adapted this to say "One BYTE at a time"! But either way, getting our goals accomplished often takes baby steps and consistency. My favorite time management author, James Allen, recommends in his book, Getting Things Done, to focus on identifying and taking THE NEXT STEP for each project we have. Most of the time, we can accomplish and go forward with just one step.
