Bank of America will no longer deliver (sell) certain residential mortgage loans to Fannie Mae. They claim that they are strategically positioning their business to minimize customer impacts and other risks related to the uncertain future of the Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs).Hmmmmm.........
Uncertain future of Government Sponsored Enterprises, there's somthing to lose sleep about.What are these guys up to I wonder?
They won't sell their loans to Fannie Mae or they can't?
The truth is in there somewhere........

We just closed another short sale approved by Bank of America and FHA!
This short sale took us about three months to get approved.
Just another example of the fact that we are able to help distressed home owners to avoid foreclosure through short sale.

We just returned from a very intensive and productive tour of Europe, including Paris, Bordeaux, Niece, St. Tropez, Marseilles, Barcelona, Milan, Rome, Zurich, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Brussels.
