Nighmare after short sale or after foreclosure? - 05/12/12 09:40 AM
 
"Endless Nightmare", that's how another seemingly attorney sponsored Miami TV newscast on Univision 23 as reported by Mario Andres Moreno last night.  You can see the nwescast on my facebook page.
 
I decided to watch only to realize that this completely misinformed reporter and of course the attorney who got all the air time went out of their way to again scare distressed home owners to flock to attorneys so they can be slaughtered with legal fee after legal fee.

Another short sale approval from Bank of America - 05/11/12 10:39 AM
Just received our fourth short sale approval this week.
This is an approval from Bank of America which includes a relocation assistance or incentive for the seller.
Our short sales processing is really getting so much better and faster, and it is nice to see that so many lenders really are more cooperative and willing to offer substantial incentives to our sellers.
Just yesterday we received two $10,000.00 incentive offers from Chase and there are more coming.
