      <description>&lt;p&gt;We all know the real estate market is slow today, so when we get a qualified buyer, sometimes we get too excited.&amp;nbsp; Well, this happened to me.&amp;nbsp; Here I am, driving my customer all over Fort Lauderdale hoping to find a home which he will fall in love with and put in an offer.&amp;nbsp; What happens next was awful.&amp;nbsp; I look in the rear view mirror and all I see is blue lights.&amp;nbsp; Yes....Officer Williams pulled me over for speeding.&amp;nbsp; I guess he doesn't like realtors because all the pleading and begging in the world didn't keep him from giving me a ticket.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The last thing any realtor needs is an added expense and an increase in their auto insurance.&amp;nbsp; So I went online and looked for a Driving school that was not too expensive and would remove the points on my license that Officer Williams so happily gave me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I found &lt;strong&gt;A Champion Driving School&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp; I called and spoke to a lovely lady name Andrea and she gave me all the information I needed.&amp;nbsp; They were conveniently located in Lauderhill at the corner of Oakland and Inverarry, next to the DMV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I went to &lt;strong&gt;A Champion Driving School &lt;/strong&gt;and took a 4 hour class.&amp;nbsp; The cost was only $40.00 and it removed the points that my new friend Officer Williams gave me.&amp;nbsp; This was the best money I ever spent.&amp;nbsp; The $40.00 that I spent probably saved me $200.00 on my next insurance bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I could have even spent less if I opted to take the class online which only&amp;nbsp;costs $28.95, but then I wouldn't have been able to meet all the&amp;nbsp;wonderful people at &lt;strong&gt;A Champion Driving School&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So my recommendation is this...if you ever get a speeding ticket, contact &lt;strong&gt;A Champion Driving School&lt;/strong&gt; and get your points taken off of your license.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Basic, Intermediate, &amp;amp; Advanced Driver improvement classes&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Traffic collision avoidance course&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Revoked/Suspended License class&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Well so far so good!!&amp;nbsp; The house and the senate agreed on a tax relief package and it will be on the ballot in January.&amp;nbsp; The next step is to make sure all voters understand it and vote YES for the tax relief.&amp;nbsp; Listed below are some of the benefits that the tax relief will provide Florida Homeowners.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Portability:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Homeowners can now sell their homes,&amp;nbsp;buy&amp;nbsp;new ones, and&amp;nbsp;take&amp;nbsp;"Save Our Homes"&amp;nbsp;tax savings they have earned over the years with them to their new home.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Homestead Exemption:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Homeowners will now have&amp;nbsp;an exemption of $50,000 on their homestead as opposed to the current $25,000.&amp;nbsp; This is not applicable to school taxes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Homestead Assessment Limit:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;To remain the same at 3%&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Non-Homestead Assessment Cap:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This will limit the annual change in assessments on non-homestead real property to 10% annually.&amp;nbsp; Currently their is no limit.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tangible Personal Property Exemption:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Exempts tangible personal property at $25,000 per person per county&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This will immediately allow people who have been waiting to downsize or upgrade their homes the opportunity to do so without having to absorb a huge tax increase. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We all need to get the word out to vote Yes on the Property Tax Relief.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you have any questions on the Tax Relief Package, feel free to contact me, &lt;a href="http://www.mrdelraybeach.com" target="_blank"&gt;Joe Feldkamp&lt;/a&gt;, at 561-870-4761&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;img src="http://activerain.com/image_store/uploads/4/2/8/7/1/ar119454351717824.jpg" height="115" alt="Exit Logo" width="156"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;When&amp;nbsp;people come to &lt;strong&gt;Delray Beach&lt;/strong&gt; their destination is usually Downtown Delray Beach, also known as "The Avenue".&amp;nbsp;When you are on the Avenue you will find&amp;nbsp;several nice bars, clubs, and&amp;nbsp;some outstanding&amp;nbsp;restaurants.&amp;nbsp; One of my favorites is without a doubt, &lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="http://tavernaeros.com" target="_blank"&gt;Taverna Eros&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Taverna Eros is a combination Greek Restaurant and Bar.&amp;nbsp;Their dinner menu is excellent and the prices are very reasonable.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I had never eaten at a Greek restaurant before, so I figured it was time to give it a try.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;My friends and I&amp;nbsp;arrived around 8pm and&amp;nbsp;fortunately were able to get a table.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I had no idea what to order, but fortunately Kurt Lehmann, the restaurant manager, came to our table and recommended an appetizer and entree for me.&amp;nbsp; After eating this delicious dinner,&amp;nbsp;I have to recommend&amp;nbsp;it to anyone that goes to &lt;strong&gt;Taverna Eros&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Appetizer:&amp;nbsp; Village Calamari with lemon wedges on the side.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Entree:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Lamb Chops marinated with extra virgin olive oil and rosemary.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dessert:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Baklavia.&amp;nbsp; A Greek pastry with chopped walnuts and honey syrup.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The dinner was incredible!!&amp;nbsp; Then, to top things off, at 9pm live Belly Dancers began circulating around our table.&amp;nbsp; This just added to the wonderful ambiance that&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;Tavernas Eros &lt;/strong&gt;provides.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We began to leave around 10pm, but then the party started.&amp;nbsp; Taverna Eros the restaurant became Taverna Eros the bar.&amp;nbsp; We stayed until after midnight listening to the live DJ and dancing to all the great songs he played.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Once again, if you are ever in Delray Beach looking for good food and lots of fun, you have to try &lt;strong&gt;Taverna Eros&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Ask for Kurt Lehmann and let him recommend what is good on the menu for that day.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you find that you love &lt;strong&gt;Delray Beach&lt;/strong&gt; and would like to live here, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to assist.&amp;nbsp; I am a licensed Real Estate Broker right on the Avenue in &lt;strong&gt;Delray Beach&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Joe Feldkamp&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Exit-Atlantic International Realty&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;561-870-4761&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.MrDelrayBeach.com"&gt;WWW.MrDelrayBeach.com&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;img title="Taverna Eros" src="http://activerain.com/image_store/uploads/7/2/2/1/2/ar119308433221227.jpg" height="161" alt="Taverna Eros" width="253"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
