Here we are in another year in Louisville, KY! Louisville starts this year firmly in a real estate buyer's market, and it looks like that may remain the case for the next several months. What this means for sellers of real estate is that they must give great consideration to condition of their home and pricing to be competitve, or sellers may even consider waiting the market out before putting their home on the market.
