We have been going to this home for years now as the owner is the commissioner of our fantasy football league. Each year they have added onto, updated or improved this home. One year they added a wrap around deck to the back of the home. Another year they put in a bow window in the living room. Hardwood floors in the kitchen and living room the next visit. Even installed french doors in the living room for easy access to the deck.

The new lift or removal of the 90 day FHA/ HUD seasoning requirement came about Feb 1 2010 for all new purchases. Previously to resell a property an investor had to hold it for 90 days before they could resell it can be sold right away. This change indicates to me the government sees a need to involve investors in the recovery efforts of the housing crisis. We started off early so we could be in Cape Girdaeau by kick off, we stopped in Medford for breakfast at McDonalds. We picked up the Avenue of the Saints at the Iowa border and followed that through Iowa. Our 2nd stop was in Waterloo Ia. Doing good on time we stopped in Mount Vernon Ia for gas and lunch. Just passed through Hannibal MO. Hoping to be in Cape Giradeau for kick off! 1:44 PM Jan 24th. Hit Cape Giradeau by 5 now watching Vikes at Applebees. Great game but they lost in OT.
