As you may know, it's not easy getting a Google PR4 for an individual notary site.  If you search mobile notary sites in California, you'll see that sundancenotary.com is one of the highest-ranking sites in the state.

Sundance Mobile Notary is located in Northern California, but you can modify the site for your location.

The only money I spend on the site is for web hosting.  I don't spend anything for advertising or rmarketing.  The site is currently hosted with Network Solutions.  The site has tons of quality backlinks in place, which is a major reason its PR is high.  Just keep the links and backlinks in place (you can even add more if you like, although that's not necessary), and your Google Page Rank will stay high.

It's a good site for bringing in supplemental income.  The website grosses about $1,000 in notary business per month, with almost no effort (I've already done the hard part) and no other marketing of any kind.  People looking for a mobile notary or loan signing agent find the site using just about any search engine (Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL Search, and many, many more).

I put up the site using Microsoft FrontPage, but you can maintain it any way you like.  You'll own the rights to the domain name, so just keep the site running and the links in place, and you're good.

Why am I selling?  Because I'm focusing on other things (real estate, for example), and it's just not feasible for me to also continue doing mobile notary work.
