wilmington: Tips for Negotiating a Mortgage Deal - 07/07/09 04:16 PM

Getting a mortgage loan these days can be a slow and frustrating experience. Here are some things that buyers should know as they go through the application process:

Identifying and negotiating all the fees and charges can cut an applicant's costs. Shop title insurance. Point buyers toward Web sites like Closing.com, where they can comparison shop. wilmington: Mr. President Elect, you have your work cut out for you in 2009. - 12/31/08 07:36 PM
You are my President and I support you. Real Estate is the backbone of this country and you must oversee the Banks and make sure that the TARP billions that the Fed is giving the banks is used to the purpose intended, i.e., assisting folks to buy homes and to aid current homeowners with mortgage relief. The quicker the banks relax the credit freeze, the sooner this country will return to the tasks at hand and our active position in word leadership. Time is of the essence!
