Are 25 showings too many? How about 45? Is it unrealistic to think that buyers should find the right home after seeing a dozen homes? There is no right answer since buyers, like snowflakes, are never the same. While I'm at it, you can't step into the same market twice. What the … (2 comments)

Yesterday I showed homes for a few hours in Clintonville to a charming couple looking for their first home. Luckily, the weather wasn't too bad and it was not snowing or raining, or sleeting and it really wasn't that cold. Trudging through the snow to get to homes was a nightmare though. … (2 comments)
