We are in a complete economy melt down.  The stock market is crashing, and the mortgage market (except strong banks such as T.D. Bank-North) is almost at a stand still.  However, there are signs of life in the Real Estate world.  This is a magnificent time to buy, and as Real Estate Agents, it is our duty to navigate our clients in the right direction.  It is time to show them how to make it all work.  Do your homework, and you will be amazed how strong and confident you will look in these tough times.  We can either follow evryone else and get flushed down the drain, or we can grab some life jackets and swim out of this together.  Do not get caught up in all the media hype, there is plenty of money still around, and people still need to have homes.  Real Estate has always been a fantastic way to invest, explain to your clients that it still is!
