Start preparing your house for sale the day wear and tear starts to set in.Yup, that’s the day you move in.I was recently helping some home buyers through the inspection process on a home they had under contract.  The inspector found a lot of pretty expensive issues. “That’s no fun,” you say. “We have so much work to do, getting moved in and settled. Besides, we want to enjoy living there – making a home, making memories, making a mess if we want. Not thinking about moving.”

I thought I was pretty good at giving tips and suggestions for making your rooms as appealing as possible.
