If you have a shady spot, you know it’s not easy to make it pop. This year, try coleus!
These photos are from a recent to Timberline Gardens in Arvada, CO. I was captured by the variety and colors of coleus that they had on display.
Coleus are annuals, they will die when the frost gets to them. But in the meantime, keep them watered and they will reward with a season of color. Coleus do bloom, but the flowers aren’t the star – the amazing painted leaves are!

I’ve got to say – real estate continues to be a fascinating field to be in as we enter spring 2010! So many changes, it’s hard to keep up. If you plan to buy or sell a home this year, be sure to hire an agent who is not afraid of change, is able to keep up, and who works hard!
