I recently read a post complaining that young, first-time home buyers want to buy homes that don't need a lot of work. The author spoke about the days when she and her husband bought a little wreck of a house, fixed it up themselves, and sold it for a profit. Many of the commenters shared the same experiences, and opinions.
Hmmm.
