I received this note today from a past client:
"So I went house hunting the other day with a friend of mine and her agent. I tell you, this guy was on the phone with other clients the entire friggin' time and it was so incredibly rude. I knew you were awesome, but after watching this dude in action, it made me just that much more thankful we had you. :)"
Getting that note sure made me feel good!
But it also made me wonder - what is this guy thinking? And how many other agents do business this way?

December 25 - Good morning and merry Christmas, everyone! I thought it would be hard to carve out time for my business today, but I woke up before everyone, got the house in order for the breakfast/unwrapping rush; let the dogs out, back in, fed them; let the cats out, back in and fed them, then decided to check email.

I thought I was pretty good at giving tips and suggestions for making your rooms as appealing as possible. I can almost always find easy, inexpensive changes and fixes to help a house shine.
