 Beautiful custom home in Dammeron Valley Utah, 15 miles norhtwest of St George. Surrounded by mountains, lakes and horses, this 4 bedroom, is  in a nice, quiet community with no street lights and city noise. It is at 4600 elevation so is cooler than in St George, and has a great community of neighbors. Built in 2004, it has a split floor plan and open living, dining and kitchen areas. The ceilings are 9 ft and every room has ceiling fans and extra ceiling lighting.

 The kitchen has a great walk-in pantry and eating bar with granite countertops and plant shelves above the staggered "distressed" Maple custom cabinets. Cooking and heating is with natural gas. Air conditioning is electric but there are only two months that AC is needed, keeping utilities low.

The great room has a beautiful gas fireplace with spotlighting above the fireplace for that special painting or sculpture. A large picture window adds plenty of light and views of the acreage. The bedrooms are plenty large for guests and the master is overly large with a plant shelf available for a TV to be installed. There are double French doors going out to it's own covered patio with ceiling fan. The doors have double pane windows with blinds installed inside the glass. The 4th bedroom is a perfect den/office with double doors opening to the great room.

This home, near St George, Utah, has a master bathroom is huge with a jacuzzi tub, double head shower stall built with tile and glass block and double 36" tall vanity with granite and a full mirror. There is a solar tube to let in natural light and use less electricty in the center of the bath. Separte lighting for the vanity, jacuzzi tub and separate shower lets you choose the ambience. The walk-in closet has a full length mirror on the door.

The home is completey tiled except for the bedrooms and den which has a high grade neutral carpet. The front door is insulated steel that looks like wood but doesn't let the heat or cool air in or out. There are screens on all the vinyl wrapped double-paned sealed windows and the two back doors have retractable screens.

The low maintenace yard and circular driveway (which also extends to the back of house)uses two colors of rock for definitiion and has a "river rock" design that takes overflow under the driveway and over to the Lava rock strip along the northern edge of property for drainage. The rear yard has rock but also has artificial turf to break up the rock and sage. The property has Flowering trees, Mulberry, Canadian Maple, Chinese Elm and a lovely Ash to add shade.

 The back of the house includes a full length covered patio, and additional covered patio that makes an "L" off the south end, a granite and stucco BBQ with refrigerator for dining end entertainment. A block flower bed with slate and glass block was built at one end of the patio to provide a wind block and a place to grow flowers or veges without worrying about getting weeds in it.

This home near St. George, Utah, has an RV garage attached to the house, however, this will remain the owners storage and workshop during the lease period and the tenant will have no access or use of this area.  However, at the back of the RV garage, there is a sewer dump that the tenant could use if they own a self contained RV that needs dumping.
