Golf tournament coming up - 12/19/09 04:50 PM
It is very exciting to be up at the Plantation golf course this morning. It is a bit hazy out, and in the mid 70's which is chilly for us. BRRRRRR Winter on MAUI.
Her in Kapalua, the skyboxes are going up on the 18th hole of the course, and there is hussle bussle in the air. Merchandice is being displyed in our pro shops for our new sponsor, SBS. We look forward to a great tournament starting 1/42010 to 1/10-2010.
There have been many Holiday parties this week, and next week they die down, so I can spend a day … (1 comments)

I wish all of you out there a very happy holiday season. I am giving as much as I can til it hurts this year. There are so many needy people.
I hope the world finds peace, and all it people get fed, this holiday season.
I can dare to have LARGE dreams, Can't I?

What an amazing day in the history of our nation. I recommend finding the all cash buyers. At least you know your deals will close. The market on Maui is still strong, however, buyers are concerned, and sellers should be, even the ones who don't HAVE to sell. it may be a long time. Staying and holding power is crucial.
