Here are a few tips to keep in mind when you put your home up for sale with a Realtor and you agree to leave a lock box on your home for easy access to other Realtors and their buyers. I know it is hard and challenging to keep your home presentable at all times when it is on the market because you never know when you will get a phone call about a client who wants to view your home. The lender will publicize the home in local newspapers and websites to alert the public of a live auction of (0 comments)

3 Most Common Mistakes Buyers Make I am listing the top three mistakes I frequently encounter with buyers: 1. Getting Prequalified. I always advise my clients to shop around and not go with the first person they called. Make sure this is a person you feel comfortable with and you can count on, you want them to be always available for you when you have questions or concerns about your loan. This person will be there for (3 comments)
