We are so excited to be exclusive agents to the new upscale Brickhouse Landing neighborhood in Prince George County. This neighborhood is located off of Middle Road near Fort Lee, Interstates, and Shopping Centers near the Cedar Creek subdivision. Just recently we were given the plat and approval on reserving lots along with covenants and restrictions. At this moment, we are still awaiting home plans from the builder/developer James R.
