teams: What You Expect, You Get - 02/26/08 06:36 PM

Tony Robbins teaches us that we will rise to the expectations of our peer group. While he uses this as a caution in deciding who we spend out time with, I am learning to use it as a reminder to be aware of what I expect from others. Couldn't we equally use this tool to help those around us rise to a higher level?
