On May 14, 2013, the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Opportunity Index (HOI) reported that nationwide housing buying affordability reached high 73.7% in the first quarter of 2013.

NAHB Chief Economist David Crowe, Stated that “Ogden-Clearfield Utah holding onto the title of the nation’s most affordable major housing market, and San Francisco-San Mateo-Redwood City, California.”

I think, this is very good news for the home builder, home buyers, and the economy in general that 73.3% people can afford to buy homes.
