In my last blog post I mentioned I had a few ideas for agents on how to take advantage of the new Facebook page layout.
You may find this surprising, but the only advantage you can gain on your Facebook page is by implementing the elements below that I've been describing for months!
When Facebook surprises us with changes we immediately want to find the advantage, but we quickly discover that the changes simply make things easier for us.

What the Facebook Page Changes Mean for Agents - 02/11/11 11:21 AM
As you've probably already discovered, Facebook made some changes to the way Facebook pages look and function last night.

For most real estate agents, the changes will be mostly cosmetic and the way in which you access your page is slightly changed. Some agents will freak out about the changes, but others will take it in stride.
I already have a few ideas on how to take advantage of the new lay out, and have some specific tips for capitalizing on what other agents might overlook. I'll post these next week.
