It was northern Utah's turn this past week. Ogden Valley's three ski areas (Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and Wolf Mountain) each received feet of much needed snow this past week, and more is on the way. The Ogden Valley is a buyer's market for real estate, so now is a great time to look for excellent deals on single family homes, condos and land. Since the peak of 2006, we have seen some significant price reductions across the board.
