I've been spammed to death this past week on Active Rain. I had over 100 "Active Rain Do not reply" notifications to my blog history that were all spam adds on my email when I checked it this morning.
I don't know about anyone else in Active Rain but I have been inundated this past week with myriad spam advertisements like the ones below so I thought I'd pass them along just to let everyone know what I've been experiencing.

It's all your fault Active Rain!
Thanks to you we've taken on a whole new posture in our industry and have literally launched ourselves light years ahead as one of the leading if not the leader in our industry in our field of expertise. Had it not been for folks like Brad Andershon and Lynn Harley we may have never forged through this whole concept of "Social Networking" and just gone about our "Business as Usual" approach and would have missed out on an opportunity to reach literally every state in the country with our unique niche and genuinely necessary service.

Are you an investor/flipper seeking to purchase distressed properties but don’t know who to turn to for advice?

      
 
If you live hundreds maybe even thousands of miles away or you are a foreign investor its’ not practical for you to personally visit every property you’re interested purchasing.  Additionally it’s not a wise choice to put all your faith in the agent/broker who is seeking to make a handsome commission by selling you a property.
