Be Prepared. September Is Disaster Preparedness Month.
I submitted a similar post last year but because September is disaster preparedness month I just wanted to share it once again for the benefit of those who may not have had the opportunity to have read it before. I've been observing a considerable amount of brooding, complaining and overall negativity for the past couple of years about the RE industry from many so called RE Professionals.  They're getting out of the game.  Because they feel that it's changed so much to the downside it will never be what it used to be so they're quitting. I say Great! Hurry up and quit!
