A Realistic RE Deal and a great time to establish a new niche in the Real Estate and Lending Industry With Manufactured Homes.
 
The Oldest and Biggest Manufacturing Business in the World is Home Building. And it’s done in the open air, in the mud, wind, rain, snow, dust, dirt and ultra violet while almost every other manufacturing business is done in an indoor protected and controlled environment.

HAVE YOU HAD ENOUGH LOAN MODIFICATION?  Well, I don’t know about you but I am LM’d out. I have never spent so much time researching and writing about a subject about which I have absolutely no interest.  I’m sure by now we’re all Loan Modification "experts" anyway so alas and thank the heavens here’s my third and final Loan Modification post. I am going to keep this one short and hopefully somewhat sweet. This post will basically discuss the future of the budding loan modification industry; a future which may be in doubt. This post was inspired by Lenn Harleys recent post about RE agents getting involved with Loan Modifications.
During good times most folks just go along with the status quo without a care in the world expecting everything to just keep on keeping on. But when all of a sudden the whole engine just seizes up and the entire economy literally hits a wall it doesn't take long for folks to start to panic and even become desperate. During desperate times folks can and do take desperate measures.
