A free benefit for NAR members is the Lowe's Realtor benefit program. I have been using this program for about a year and my clients love it. For sellers you can send a DVD with 3 episodes of designed to sell that cover do's and dont's of home staging. They also recieve a 10% off coupon for a trip to Lowe's. They also have home books for buyer clients. The packaging all comes compliments of you. The mailings do not cost anything to the Realtor.
