Kamron is still enjoying his Summer Camp at Trinity Woods in Macon. He doesn't like being picked up too early, and wants to spend as much time at Camp as possible. I'm pretty sure tomorrow is bike day (every Thursday) and Friday is remote control car day. Trinity Woods Summer Camp, Macon GA is great place for kids to spend the summer.
Summer camp is half over but still plenty of activities still on the schedule for July. I was surprised on how organized everything is and each day and week's activities change. This week theme was Olympics and next week is Soccer.
I knew we couldn't keep Kamron inside the house all Summer and he needed to get outdoors and run off some of that energy, so this was the perfect match!

The fairgrounds in Perry will be opening on October 7th at 3 p.m. I ordered some advance midway tickets online because they are much cheaper if you buy them in advance. Scam Alert: I had a telemarketer call me promising 1st Page on Google for my favorite keywords. This was my first red flag: Anyone who promises first page on Google: look out. I asked him if this is pay per click advertising and he says no it is unlimited clicks. Then I ask him if he is selling Google Adwords: He says no, but doesn't tell me exactly what he is selling, just 1st page on Google. FHA Policy changes affecting homebuyers are expected to go into affect on April 3, 2010. This means any homes/loans not closed prior to this date will have to meet the new FHA requirements. The new requirements will reduce the amount the seller is allowed to contribute towards buyers closing costs from 6% of purchase price to 3% - this will increase the amount of out of pocket expenses for the homebuyer. FHA policy change will also increase the upfront Mortgage Insurance Premium (MIP) from 1.75% … (2 comments)

Kamron and I went for snow day Stone Mountain last week and it was quite the adventure from start to finish. The 2 hour car ride up was somewhat uneventful with only a couple small fights between Mickey, Minney, and Kamron. We had to separate Minnie and Mickey, and let Mickey ride up front with me.
