Scam Alert: I had a telemarketer call me promising 1st Page on Google for my favorite keywords. This was my first red flag: Anyone who promises first page on Google: look out. I asked him if this is pay per click advertising and he says no it is unlimited clicks. Then I ask him if he is selling Google Adwords: He says no, but doesn't tell me exactly what he is selling, just 1st page on Google. Nationwide House Day will be on April 10th and April 11th. I haven't decided on which home I will have my Open House, but I'll be sure to let everyone know when I do. In the meantime I found this video from Georgia Association of Realtors about the Tax Credit. It's somewhat funny - Poor Bob!

FHA Policy changes affecting homebuyers are expected to go into affect on April 3, 2010. This means any homes/loans not closed prior to this date will have to meet the new FHA requirements. The new requirements will reduce the amount the seller is allowed to contribute towards buyers closing costs from 6% of purchase price to 3% - this will increase the amount of out of pocket expenses for the homebuyer. FHA policy change will also increase the upfront Mortgage Insurance Premium (MIP) from 1.75% … (2 comments)
