 Kansas City Area is the Best Housing Market in the Country for 2012 Though we are separated by a state line and a river, Kansas City, Kansas is the winner! According to Housing Predictor's January 5th issue, Kansas City, Kansas will be the most improved real estate market in the entire country for several reasons including local politics and the local economy. 
The prediction is that the housing recovery will start in these top cities across the country, then spread to nearby areas which is good news for the Kansas City, Missouri real estate market, too. So, hopefully, our Missouri neighborhoods … (2 comments)
